Coldplay math and a-ha admiration

Norwegian daily Dagbladet reports that Chris Martin loves a-ha: “Everybody always ask about who inspired Coldplay, who we are stealing from, and which music we listened to when growing up. Questions like that reminds you about your influences. The first bands I loved were a-ha and James.” [translated from Norwegian]
