You know the funny thing here in the U.S. is that usually the cheaper motels and hotels outside of the city are the ones to offer free wi-fi. Almost everyone mid-range hotel where I live and most smaller suburban areas have huge signs outside – “Free Wireless” or “Free Hi-Speed Internet.” It’s when I head to Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto or some other large city for business that I find myself getting gouged for internet access in hotels. The more you pay for the room – the more you pay for high speed (in general). Very frustrating.
